Enjoying Avocado Toast For A Healthier You

Nothing beats the taste and texture of Avocado Toast, especially in the summer.  Avocado Toast can be eaten any time of the day. Served with fresh tomatoes, lettuce and a drizzle of balsamic, this is a meal that will surely be loved by all! Made easily in your own kitchen with ingredients you probably already have, you can make a delicious breakfast for yourself or even impress your guests.

The most important thing to remember when making it is start with a good base. This means that you must have all the ingredients well prepared and ready before you begin. So, it would be advisable for you to purchase essentials like avocados in advance. While restaurants and other similar organizations might would have to order their αβοκαντο (avocado) in bulk as they’d have to prepare meals for a lot of people, you might be good to go with just a handful as well. It is also essential that you take your time in making your toast. It needs to be cooked on a hot griddle until it is light golden brown. Once it is light golden brown, turn the toast over and allow to cool down for about 10 minutes.

You should ensure that you dry out the avocado pieces completely. To do this, simply put them on a cutting board and place them on a tray to dry. While they are drying, make sure you gently crack the avocados so that you can get the juice from the inside. This will give a nice, rich taste to your avocado toast.

When it is time to prepare your avocado toast, mix together the avocado oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and honey to your desired taste. Stir through it well to combine all ingredients and refrigerate for up to one hour. If you want your toast to last longer, you may wrap it in wax paper and refrigerate for several more hours.

When your avocado oil is ready, it is time to start the process of assembling your toast. Take a non-stick frying strainer and fill it with enough avocado oil so that the seeds are fully submerged. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the strainer and put it into the oven at 350 degrees. Check it after about thirty minutes to make sure that it has set and is ready to serve.

Although avocado is considered to be healthy, this does not mean you have to avoid its use. You can enjoy this delicious nut by simply opting for a healthier version of it. Avocado oil is still a great way to get the healthy dose of the fruit without the fatty kick. Not only does this save you from adding fat to your diet, but it also makes a great source of essential nutrients, which can lead to a stronger immune system and stronger bones. As you age, you can benefit from eating more fruits and vegetables, but if you are trying to stay young, you can have avocado oil for breakfast and enjoy its wonderful taste as you go.
