Chinese Food is one thing most families love to prepare, but can be a bit tricky to prepare. Cook your Chinese dishes in a classic wok, which is a deep, cast iron pan with a long handle to cook dishes on and a lid to keep them from burning. When using woks, remember to always cook and bake with love. Use a metal bowl with just enough room to hold the ingredients and not touch them. Use native Asian ingredients and don’t forget to have chinese hot stir fry sauce, fish oil, and other flavorful items to get that authentic umami taste in your dishes. For a good finish, try to serve it in a traditional Asian style.

Thai Chicken Thighs With Ginger Pork Mince: Thai chicken is probably the most popular chicken dish in the world, and I’m sure you’ve had a version in your home. This delicious dish is easy to make and the best way to take home dinner for a family. This Thai chicken thigh recipe uses a unique and delightful ginger pork marinade to bring out the natural flavors of the chicken. It also uses a sweet and sour mixture to create a slightly sour taste that will contrast well with the sweetness of the beef. Serve this delicious Thai dinner with roasted peanuts and toasted rice for a spicy twist.

Fried Rice: Fried rice isn’t only a great Asian recipe it’s one of my favorites. The key is to use either long or short-grained rice. In this recipe I use Asian style rice. You can pick up fried rice at almost every Asian grocery store and you can find a variety of different flavors. Look for sesame or garam masala style seasoning to add to the mix. It really brings out the smoky flavor of the meat and adds moistness to the rice, plus the spices will keep you coming back for more.

Ginger Dipping Sauce: This ginger dip sauce is made from ginger root, allspice, chicken broth, cornstarch, and garlic. You can choose to make it hot or mild, depending on your tastes. I’m not real good at making my own, so I always buy it from Asian markets. It goes great with both roasted chicken and pork.

Hainanese Chicken Rice: I absolutely love Hainanese chicken rice. I find the best way to make this dish is to soak the chicken in vegetable oil over night. In the morning you can drain off the oil and chop it up. I usually mix chopped onions, garlic, cumin, ginger, salt, and white pepper together and then just pour it over the top of the rice. Serve with roasted hainanese mushrooms.
