Welcome! If you’re new here, thanks so much for stopping by. If you are a returning visitor, please take a minute to look this over, as the guidelines for the recipe swap are changing this week.
- Link up your recipes that use real, whole foods, any healthy living tips or information that involve a healthy lifestyle such as natural cleaning solutions, homesteading. gardening tips etc…
- Please, do not link up any recipes with white flour or white/brown sugars. I hate to be the food police, but I would like for this recipe swap to be a source for finding nourishing and healthy solutions that make us feel our best.
- Link as many recipes/tips as you’d like that you haven’t shared here before.

Apparently you can tell I read the directions a little late…I was still half asleep. I was going to delete the entry but I couldn’t find that option. Sorry about that:-( Go ahead and delete my sugar laden treat. Next time I will read better!!!
That’s alright. Thanks for letting me know. Hope you have a blessed day!
Hi,
I shared a recipe for fermented cabbage juice – an incredible healing food! Also, an article about how to conquer the sugar craving beast as well as, detoxification and an article about earthing or grounding.

Yum! My little guy needs to send a birthday treat for his class this coming week so I am going to check out your cookies :)
Katie, Love the new look and the new theme. :) Sharing two posts today — one is my daughter’s and my latest muffin recipe for w/w maple spice muffins (honestly, one of my favorites since we started weekly muffins in Jan. 2011). The second post is simply a photo tour / 1st garden (and homestead) journal post sharing what we hope to accomplish once the weather cooperates!
Thanks much for hosting. I’m off to see what everyone else shared…
Lisa :)
Thanks so much, Lisa! I am definitely going to check out that muffin recipe. Maple spice sounds like such a yummy combination!
Thanks for hosting. I shared a delicious Sauteed Cabbage w/ Sour Cream recipe. Thanks again.

That sounds tasty, Emily. I have some cabbage to use up so I’ll have to check that out :)
Have you heard of “grain fed” meat? Why is it that grocery stores insist on marketing that to customers like that’s a good thing??
….this week i’ve posted my recipe for homemade hearty beef stew including a good rant about grain fed meat.
Hmmm. That is interesting. I have no idea why they would promote that unless they are promoting the fact that the animals are not eating parts from other animals…
Hi Katie- thanks for the invite! I’m all linked up… a few times!
Thanks for coming by, Danielle. I need to check out that pizza recipe!
Thank you for hosting!
Sherry
