You will know it is ready to eat when it has a fragrant smell and if you press your finger against the mango it leaves a little indentation. Mine sat on the counter for a week before it reached perfection. It was definitely worth the wait. Can you believe that we only have a few more days of Summer? I think this is one tasty way to enjoy those last tropical tastes of Summer.
A few more of the house favorite smoothies are pumpkin pie smoothie, peanut butter banana smoothie, mixed berry smoothie and last (but not least!) is berry banana oatmeal smoothie.

Adding little salt and flavors will be change its test. I never try to add apple with banana, done the combination of grapes, pineapple and oranges. I listed your dish in my daily cook book.
