Strawberry Limeade Popsicles {a healthy treat to beat the heat}

Today I want to share a simple kid (and mommy!) friendly recipe for strawberry limeade pops. These are so simple to make and taste delicious on a hot day.  I had leftover lime juice from my Sherbet Mini Melons that I needed to use up and so the strawberry limeade pops were created.  They are a perfect quencher for a sweet tooth, while being pretty much healthy. I hope you all enjoy these as much as my family did.

Strawberry Limeade Popsicles Recipe
(yields 4 pops about ¼ cup each)

½ cup plus 3 tablespoons plain yogurt (use full fat yogurt so your pops won’t be grainy!)
¾ cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-2 tablespoons of honey (depending on sweetness of the berries)
Put berries into a blender and puree until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until they are well mixed. Pour them into popsicle molds and freeze. Enjoy!

See you soon,
