Strawberry Limeade Popsicles Recipe
(yields 4 pops about ¼ cup each)
½ cup plus 3 tablespoons plain yogurt (use full fat yogurt so your pops won’t be grainy!)
¾ cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-2 tablespoons of honey (depending on sweetness of the berries)
Put berries into a blender and puree until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until they are well mixed. Pour them into popsicle molds and freeze. Enjoy!

Ooohh, these are my kind of treat! Thanks for linking it up to Sweets for a Saturday.
Thanks for the idea! I made these…they are freezing as I type…however, I used blackberries instead of strawberries, and my stick mixer (immersion blender, for you technical types) instead of a blender – still worked beautifully! The rest of the liquid tasted great – we’ll see what my DS thinks when he eats one.
That sounds yummy, Kerstin!
